Real Material

Genuine or PU leather with actual weight and grain, giving your design a premium, tactile feel no printed patch can fake.

Ages Well

Leather doesn't fade or fray the way fabric can — it develops a natural patina and holds up to years of daily wear.

The Premium Look

Debossed or engraved leather instantly reads as higher-end — a favorite for caps, bags, and branded goods.

How It's Made

Five steps, from your artwork to a finished leather patch.

01

Artwork Review

We check your design for shapes and linework that will read cleanly once debossed or engraved.

02

Die & Plate Setup

A custom die or engraving plate is prepared from your artwork to press or laser-etch the design.

03

Leather & Color Matching

Leather tone and fill color are matched to your brand palette and shown on a digital proof before production.

04

Debossing & Cutting

Each patch is pressed or laser-engraved, then die-cut to shape and edge-finished by hand.

05

Shipped To You

Packed flat in water-resistant sleeves and shipped with tracking, worldwide.

What's the minimum order quantity?

Just 25 pieces per design — there's no massive factory minimum standing between you and a custom patch.

What's the difference between debossed and laser-engraved?

Debossing presses your design into the leather using a heated die, creating a recessed impression — great for bold logos. Laser engraving burns the design directly into the surface, allowing for finer detail and shading.

Can leather patches handle small text or fine detail?

Laser engraving can hold finer detail than debossing, but very thin lines can still lose definition on leather's textured surface. Our design team will flag anything too intricate and suggest a fix.

What's the difference between die-cut and stitched-border edges?

Die-cut edges follow the exact outline of your design for a clean, modern look. Stitched-border edges add a topstitched line around the perimeter for a more rugged, classic feel.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes, rush production is available for an additional fee — just mention your deadline when requesting your quote.

I don't have finished artwork — can you still help?

Absolutely. Send us a rough sketch, a description, or a reference image, and our design team will build a proof from scratch.
